1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") govern the use of the online service (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") provided by the Administration.
1.2. By using the Service, including launching the bot, registering, purchasing services, or obtaining access to any materials, the User confirms that they have fully read, understood, and accepted the terms of this Agreement.
1.3. If the User does not agree with the terms of this Agreement, they must immediately stop using the Service.
2. Nature of Services and Digital Products
2.1. The Service provides digital products and intangible services, including but not limited to informational materials, educational programs, consultations, digital products, and service-related offerings.
2.2. Materials provided through the Service may include:
* information from publicly available sources;
* original materials created by the Administration and/or third parties;
* analytical reports, curated collections, recommendations, and structured data.
2.3. The User acknowledges and agrees that the value of the Service's digital products and services lies in their organization, analysis, presentation, support, maintenance, and updates, rather than in the exclusivity of individual pieces of information.
2.4. The Service does not claim or guarantee that any individual elements of its materials are unique, exclusive, or unavailable outside the Service.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
3.1. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" basis.
3.2. The Administration does not guarantee:
* that the Service will meet the User's expectations;
* the achievement of any financial, commercial, professional, or other results;
* uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service.
3.3. The Administration shall not be liable for:
* any direct or indirect damages, including loss of profits;
* any consequences resulting from the User's application of the provided materials;
* the actions or omissions of third parties;
* temporary technical failures or interruptions in access.
3.4. All decisions regarding the use of the materials, recommendations, and services are made solely at the User's own discretion and risk.
4. Lawful Use
4.1. The Service is not intended to promote, organize, or facilitate any unlawful activities.
4.2. The User agrees to use the Service solely in compliance with applicable laws and the rules of any relevant third parties.
4.3. The User bears full responsibility for ensuring that their use of the Service's materials and services complies with applicable laws.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1. All materials available through the Service are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5.2. The User is prohibited from copying, distributing, reselling, transferring to third parties, or otherwise using the Service's materials without the permission of the copyright holder.
5.3. Any infringement of intellectual property rights may result in the suspension or termination of access to the Service without compensation.
6. Access Restrictions
6.1. The Administration reserves the right to suspend or restrict the User's access to the Service in the event of:
* violation of this Agreement;
* detection of abuse or misuse;
* requirements imposed by applicable law or payment providers.
6.2. Restricting access does not release the User from any obligations that arose prior to the restriction.
6.3. The Administration reserves the right to refuse service to Users whose actions may create increased risks for the Service, payment providers, or third parties.
7. Payments and Refunds
7.1. Payment for services and digital products is made according to the terms displayed in the Service before payment is completed.
7.2. Due to the intangible nature of digital products and services, refunds are not available once access has been granted, except in the cases described below.
7.3. A refund may be granted only if:
* the service was not provided due to a technical fault of the Service;
* access to the digital product was not actually provided.
7.4. To request a refund, the User must contact customer support within 24 hours of the payment.
7.5. Refund decisions are made by the Administration on a case-by-case basis.
7.6. The User agrees not to initiate a payment chargeback through a payment provider without first contacting the Service's customer support.
8. Privacy
8.1. The Administration may collect the minimum technical data necessary to ensure the proper operation of the Service.
8.2. The Administration takes reasonable measures to protect user data but does not guarantee the absolute security of transmitted information.
9. Amendments
9.1. The Administration reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time.
9.2. The current version of the Agreement will be published within the Service.
9.3. Continued use of the Service constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated terms.

By using the Service (including launching the bot and/or entering the `/start` command), the User confirms that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms of this Agreement.
